"I was referred Paul’s name from a co-worker who had not directly worked with him, but had very close friends who highly recommended him – both from their experience as well as their daughters! I had been exposed to the market a year earlier with a different realtor, but did not find anything. Once I was referred Paul’s name I was a bit nervous meeting him, but once I did was put very much at ease (so were my parents). From that point on he kept an eye on listings, made sure that I saw the ones I was interested in and answered any questions and I had a lot of them being a first time buyer! I knew I wanted a townhouse, but Paul helped me narrow down what style. I was going to put an offer in what I thought was the perfect townhouse, but he advised against it when the information found led to the majority of all properties in the area were for sale (meaning little to no association) – his expertise made sure I was not buying a lemon. The first offer I made he put up with the whole family viewing it(parents, brother and wife, friend) to make sure it was the right one! He walked me through the process step by step. After not hearing anything back he discussed with me putting a deadline on my offer or that it would be withdrawn. It ended up being withdrawn. Once the right one came along and the offer was accepted, Paul walked me through the closing which as a first time buyer was very daunting. Today, a month later, I can say that I am so thankful in his guidance in helping me buy my first place!!! You will not find a more reliable and honest Realtor!"
